📋 Registration Process
Registration is MANDATORY for all devotees attending the yatra, including Brahmacharis and children less than 5 years of age.
Devotees can register online at this website.
Those uncomfortable with online registration can take the help of their counselors/facilitators.
Payment Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking. EMI options available through payment gateway.
Registration confirmed only after payment completion.
Registration is strictly non-transferable - cannot be interchanged without prior approval of Yatra committee.
Early registration helps the committee book additional accommodation if required.
🏠 Accommodation Booking
• Devotees can book accommodation through this website after registration.
• Hotel rooms are 3-7 mins of walking distance from Pandal.
• Group Bookings: One member can book for the entire group.
• Coordinators/counselors should arrange accommodations considering age & health issues of devotees.
• 20% cancellation charges will be applicable for room cancellations.
• Rooms are non-transferable.

Traveling arrangements from your place of residence to Haridwar and back must be made by participants on their own.

⚖️ Rules and Conditions
CORRECTIVE ACTION
All participants are expected to strictly follow the instructions of the yatra committee and other sub-committees like security, prasadam, etc.
FORCE MAJEURE
If Yatra needs to be cancelled due to a natural catastrophe or any unavoidable reasons, the Yatra committee will refund the appropriate charges after deducting the expenses already incurred.
