NOTE: We have stopped room and bus bookings (deadline was 10 Nov 2025). You can still register and receive prasad for 3 days, but you must arrange your own accommodation and travel.

Registration Charges: ₹2,100 per person

👶 Children Policy

Children below 5 years (as of 1 Jan 2026)

  • 💯 100% waiver on registration charges

Children between 5 and 10 years (as of 1 Jan 2026)

  • 🎁 50% waiver on registration charges
  • 📝 Must be registered
  • ❌ No separate seat in buses (internal or Pune–Pandharpur)
  • ✅ Full transportation charge applies if a seat is required

🛏️ Room Allocation:These children are counted when calculating room capacity. They must be assigned a bed/mattress and cannot be marked as “no bed required.”

📋 Registration Guidelines

  • Mandatory Registration: Registration is compulsory for all devotees attending the Yatra — including Brahmacharis and children above 5 years. Every participant must be registered individually before joining.
  • ⏰ Early Registration: Registering early helps the Yatra Committee plan accommodation and logistics efficiently. Please complete your registration as soon as possible to assist smooth arrangements.
  • 🚫 Non-Transferable Policy: Each registration is strictly non-transferable. Once registered, your slot cannot be interchanged without prior approval from the Yatra Committee.

🏠 Transit Accommodation in Pune

If you are joining this yatra from out of Pune then you can book rooms at the ISKCON NVCC Guest House. Below are the room rates:

  • 2 Bed Non AC - ₹ 1500/room [₹300 per extra mattress - max 2]
  • 2 Bed AC - ₹ 2200/room [₹300 per extra mattress - max 2]

🛕 How to Reach Pandharpur

🚗 By Road

Pandharpur is well connected with major cities in Maharashtra by road, and state transport corporation buses are regularly available. Pune is at a distance of around 204 km while Mumbai is around 386 km away. Bijapur (100 km) and Solapur (74 km) are close to Pandharpur, and direct transport from these cities is also available.

From Mumbai

To travel from Mumbai to Pandharpur, head towards Panvel and take the Mumbai–Pune Expressway to reach Pune. From Pune city, proceed via Magarpatta City – Loni Kalbhor – Kedagaon – Kurkumbh – Khadki. Continue on the Mumbai–Solapur Highway and head towards Indapur – Tembhumi – Karkamb to reach Pandharpur.

From Pune

You can follow the same route as above, or alternatively take the scenic route via Shirwal. From Pune city, head towards Katraj – Shirwal – Lonand – Phaltan – Malshiras – Pandharpur.

🚆 By Train

Kurdwadi, at a distance of 50 km from Pandharpur, is the nearest railway station and connects Pandharpur with the rest of the country. From Kurdwadi, Pandharpur can be easily reached both by road and train.

Solapur, at a distance of 74 km, is the nearest major railhead. Trains from cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune are regularly available. From both Solapur and Kurdwadi, state transport buses and private taxis are easily accessible.

Travel times: approximately 4 hours from Pune, 9 hours from Mumbai, 12 hours from Bangalore, and 14 hours from Chennai or Delhi.

✈️ By Air

Pune, at a distance of 204 km, is the nearest domestic airport. Pune is well connected by air with most major cities in India. Taxi cabs and state transport buses from Pune airport to Pandharpur are readily available.

Alternatively, tourists can travel from Pune by train via Solapur or Kurdwadi — from where Pandharpur is about 74 km and 50 km away respectively.

🚌 Travel within Pandharpur

  • Travel to and from Pandharpur: While registering, you can choose the official Yatra bus from Pune to Pandharpur, or select “Own Travel” if you prefer to come on your own.
  • Internal Travel During Yatra: The Yatra Committee will arrange transportation for visiting Sri Vitthal–Rukmini Temple.
  • Other Local Visits: For visiting additional holy places in and around Pandharpur, devotees are requested to make their own travel arrangements.

⚖️ Fine Print

  • Corrective Action: All participants must strictly follow the instructions of the Yatra Committee and its sub-committees (such as security, prasadam, accommodation, and transport). These guidelines ensure safety, harmony, and smooth conduct for everyone.
  • 🌧️ Force Majeure: If the Yatra needs to be cancelled or modified due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the Committee will refund the appropriate amount after deducting expenses already incurred.
  • ⚠️ Disclaimer: Participation in the Yatra is entirely at one’s own risk. The Yatra Committee or ISKCON Pune Camp shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from causes beyond their control.
